Andalusian style villa with private heated pool and jacuzzi

Villa la Colina is a 3-storey residence located on a hill in a luxurious neighbourhood, just 1.5 km from the town of Salobreña. The villa offers magnificent views of the sea and the Sierra Nevada mountains.

It has a modern design with references to the Andalusian style. The villa has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 terraces. The villa has a lift.

There is a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, ping-pong table and 4 electric bicycles. For 8, max 10 people.

A comfortable villa for 8-10 people. The rooms are modernly decorated with an Andalusian style. Each of them has a view of the sea.

The three bedrooms have comfortable hotel beds, which can easily be joined (double bed) or separated (two single beds). The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed. Additional sleeping space for 2 guests is available in the living room.

The central part of the house is located on the third floor and includes a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a terrace. The terrace can be accessed through large terrace windows from both the kitchen and the living room. It features a private pool, jacuzzi and two dining areas - one shaded throughout the day and the other sunlit.

On the top floor, there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large terrace equipped with a comfortable seating set. The terrace offers an impressive 180-degree view of the sea and mountains, creating the perfect place for evening dinners.

On the second floor, below the living room and kitchen, there are three bedrooms - one with a private bathroom and two that share a bathroom with a shower.

The ground floor, also known as the first floor, consists of the entrance to the house and a spacious covered area with a ping pong table and space for four electric bicycles.

All floors are conveniently connected by a modern lift.

The house provides high-speed fibre internet (300/300 Mbit) and a mesh network, providing internet access to all parts of the house and property.

Each bedroom and living room is equipped with air conditioning, providing heating in winter and cooling in summer.

Ceiling fans have been installed in each room to ensure a pleasant flow of fresh air on hot days.

Our guests can use the recreational area available only to residents. There are two large swimming pools, a football pitch, a tennis pitch and a padel pitch. The house is equipped with the necessary equipment for the game.

* Jacuzzi - 10 euro/day

The entire house is accessible to guests.
